RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS.

Our priority is your excellent service. That is why we provide you with the opportunity to make returns of the products you have received from Fourantzis within 14 working days of the date of receipt of your order at 21 JUNE 132, 61100 KILKIS.

Each package encloses a Return Form which, in addition to the necessary information about changes and returns, is completed and returned with the product or products.

Your first return is free if it is made by ACS courier and if it was equal or greater than 50 euros.

On receipt of your order, you must check that the products you received correspond to the order, as well as that the packaging is in good condition and has not been tampered with during transport. Otherwise, you can email us at info@fourantzis.gr or call us 2341-302002.

To exercise the right to return / change / cancel your order, you have the obligation to fill out the special return form available on our site as well. You are obligated to return the product to the state you received, without removing it from its special markings, as well as any brochures or gifts accompanying it.

As stated above, the first refund is free when it is made with ACS.

If your purchase is over 50 euros, the shipment is completely free.

If your purchase is under 50 Euros, shipping will be charged to you with shipping / return costs of € 4.00.

From the moment you ship the product, Fourantzis.gr receives it within 1-3 days depending on the carriage you have selected (if it is different from ACS, shipping costs will be charged to you). Once we receive the product, we will process your request immediately and we will notify you by email. Fourantzis.gr, in order to offer you the best possible service, gives you the opportunity to submit any complaints online at info@fourantzis.gr

REPLACEMENT / CHANGE.

The company is required to provide replacement if the product is considered defective. We inform you that only products that are unsuitable to be worn or used for their intended purpose and in no case the products deviating from the photos posted on our site are considered defective.

If the return is due to a company's mistake, the cost of the return is borne by the company. After the return of the product and if the user wishes a refund, he is compensated with the full amount, including any expense, delivery, etc. (for other cases, please read below), with a corresponding deposit in your bank account, which has been filled in on the return form necessary to accompany the returned merchandise. The refund will be completed within fifteen working days (15) days of the date you receive the email, at which Fourantzis.gr declares that it approves and accepts the return of the product.

In order to return the purchased product (s) (or products) purchased, the user / sender should ensure that:

-The product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition as it was received, along with the retail receipt and including the product's special badges (cards), brochures, gifts, etc.

-The product is also accompanied by the completed "Return Form" which you can download from the site as well.

-The product must be returned within the 14 working days. At the end of the 14 working days no refunds or returns will be accepted without prior contact with Fourantzis.

ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHT.

Our guests are entitled to cancel an order in very specific cases:

  1. If the checkout is not complete, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button in your browser.
  2. If the checkout is complete, please contact a representative of our company to further inform you of the procedure to be followed. Your order may be canceled provided it has not already been handled by the company.

The right to cancel the order does not exist in the above cases.

All products returned to Fourantzis.gr are subject to meticulous quality control.

To avoid discomfort, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of your order delivery, the condition of the products and the intact packaging in order to detect any obvious defects. If a defect in quality control is found in the product returned, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.
